This includes general information, publications, fresh and current content, event information, and graphics, with a focus on employee safety and workers’ compensation matters applicable to businesses operating in the cannabis industry, and all of which information is provided by the Association as a convenience to our members and other site users. THE ASSOCIATION STRICTLY PROHIBITS THE USE OF ANY SOFTWARE, INCLUDING DEVICES, SCRIPTS, BOTS, AUTOMATED PROCESSES, OR ANY OTHER MEANS OR PROCESSES (INCLUDING CRAWLERS, BROWSER PLUG-INS AND ADD-ONS, OR ANY OTHER TECHNOLOGY OR MANUAL WORK) TO SCRAPE CONTENT, DATA, AND PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE ASSOCIATION’S WEBSITE UNLESS YOU HAVE BEEN GRANTED PERMISSION IN WRITING OR HAVE DIRECTLY ENTERED INTO A WRITTEN LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH THE ASSOCIATION THAT ALLOWS SUCH ACCESS. SUCH TOOLS VIOLATE THESE TERMS OF USE AND THOSE SPECIFIC CONTRACTS FOR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MADE AVAILABLE THROUGH THE ASSOCIATION.
